5. We want to avoid legal dispuits:
In case In case of any claims of a breach of statutory regulations, competition laws as well as
trademark laws we ask you to contact us immediately in order to avoid unnecessary legal disputes, legal warnings and costs. In such a case we promise immediate (before final legal clarification) corrective measures so that the risk of recurrence is bindingly excluded. If we should receive a warning (cease and desist) invoice by a lawyer without first being contacted, we will refuse payment because of not observing the rule to minimize or avert loss. In this sense unnecessary or unjustified warnings would be answered by filing a negative declaratory action.
